Child Care
This team covers all issues relating to children including care proceedings, adoption and child abduction cases. Members of chambers appear before all levels of court representing all manner of clients: local authorities, guardians, CAFCASS Legal, parents and other family members throughout England and Wales.
Members of this team also undertake injunction and committal work relating to all child care matters
