Clinical Negligence
Tom acts for Claimant and Defendant in a wide-range of claims. His appointment as Junior Counsel to the Crown (Attorney General’s Civil List) has led to extensive clinical negligence work for both the Ministry of Defence and the Home Office concerning healthcare issues arising out of treatment of service personnel/prisoners and deaths in custody.
