Construction
Rebecca has considerable experience in civil litigation at small claims, fast track and multi track level. This includes trials, appeals to the Circuit Judge, case management, interim applications, and costs.
Rebecca also has considerable drafting and advisory experience. Prior to joining Chambers Rebecca spent three years working with two nationally recognised solicitors firms, giving her insight and experience of case management as well as advocacy.
Rebecca has a developing practice in construction and building disputes. She has experience of matters in the County Court and advising on appeal. In addition she has assisted with a number of adjudications, adjudication enforcements, complex arbitrations and matters proceeding in the TCC and Court of Appeal.
