Andrew Marsden is a barrister and mediator specialising in company, partnership, agency and commercial litigation. His practice covers contractual disputes of all types, company law, and partnership and agency disputes. Andrew also handles certain professional negligence claims.
Andrew was recently shortlisted as ‘Barrister of the Year’ at the Bristol Law Society’s Annual Awards.

Company law
Matters relating to directors’ duties, shareholder disputes, share capital, minority shareholder protection, the capacity and constitution of companies and the liability of companies and their officers both contractual and in tort.
Partnership and agency disputes
All disputes between members of partnerships and between agents and their principals (including particular expertise regarding the law relating to commercial agents).
Professional Negligence
Claims in respect of professional negligence by solicitors and accountants.
