Areas of Practice
Jody is a employment law practitioner and has been with St John’s Chambers as a pupil, since September 2005. He successfully completed his pupillage and was accepted as a tenant in October 2006
Jody has an expanding practice in all areas of Employment Law acting for both Claimants and Respondents in Employment Tribunal matters. Jody is able to advise and represent clients at all stages of litigation including internal disciplinary proceedings. He has a particular interest in the following areas:
- Unfair dismissal
- Discrimination cases
- Transfer of Undertakings
- Trade Union Matters.
Jody is one of the authors of Tolley’s Employment Law.

Prior to becoming a tenant Jody was an active member of the Free Representation Unit in London. He continues to undertake Pro Bono Claimant work on the Western Circuit.
