Andrew is instructed by both Claimants and Respondents in relation to the full range of litigation that typically requires representation at an employment tribunal.
He was instructed by Exeter City AFC in relation to a four day hearing concerning constructive dismissal where the damages sought were a six figure sum; the claim was defended successfully.
He regularly acts for both sides in claims involving unfair dismissal, race, sex and disability discrimination, redundancy, equal pay and equal treatment, whistleblowing, transfer of undertakings.
He advises and represents a number of NHS Trusts.
He has experience at both first instance and appellate level.
