Background
Patrick worked for many years as a senior trade union officer dealing with disciplinary hearings and appeals and also conducting negotiations at a regional and national level with senior management. He joined St John’s Chambers Employment Practice Group after completing a pupilage at Crown Office Chambers in London.

Patrick has an expanding employment law practice and acts for both claimants and respondents. He is instructed to appear at Tribunal hearings and regularly provides advice to clients both private and corporate. He is involved in representing clients at all stages of litigation including internal proceedings.

Patrick is also a member of the St John’s Personal Injury Practice group and he has experience of advising and representing clients in all aspects of employers’ liability claims.
