Family Law
Susan has been a specialist family lawyer for 20 years; her practice includes all forms of family disputes, with particular emphasis on high net worth ancillary relief claims involving complex issues and extends to cohabiting partners, civil partners and Inheritance Act claims.
Susan also has a particular interest and expertise in evidential issues in Public Law children cases involving serious allegations of physical and/or sexual assault. She is instructed by CAFCASS Legal, local authorities, parents and wider family members and Children’s Guardians and has wide experience of appearing in the High Court and county courts not just on the Western Circuit but in London and South Wales.
Professional Negligence
For the last 15 years Susan has been instructed on numerous occasions to act in professional negligence claims arising out of the whole range of family finance cases: ancillary relief, Inheritance Act, and cohabitation claims on behalf of claimants and defendants.
