Background
A barrister for 25 years, Sue moved to St John’s from a London Chambers in 1998 and her practice is now focused in the West of England. Sue has extensive experience of appearing in both the High and County Courts.

Family
Sue practices across the spectrum of family work with extensive experience in ancillary relief proceedings, with a particular emphasis on ancillary relief claims, both matrimonial and civil partnership, involving complex issues including enforcement and third party claims.
Sue also specialises in public law children work and appears on behalf of parents, guardians, Local Authorities and state institutions.
She is frequently involved in serious fact finding cases in issues such as sexual abuse, infant death and cross examinations of child witnesses.
