Background
Libby practiced in Wales for 19 years where she developed a strong Family Law practice before relocating to Bristol in 2012.
Areas of Practice
Libby practices exclusively in the area of Family Law. Her practice includes all areas of Child Law both Public and Private Law Proceedings, Placement and Adoption Applications.
Libby also deals with financial matters both ancillary relief and cohabitant disputes.
Childcare
Libby has a particular interest in Public Law cases and is instructed regularly on behalf of parents, Local Authorities, Guardians and the Official Solicitor. Libby has been involved in many non-accidental injury cases that include serious head injuries. Libby’s experience also includes instructions received in cases involving inter familial sexual abuse, fictitious illness and serious domestic violence.
Libby undertakes work in the private law setting that include contact and residence matters involving serious domestic violence and applications to remove children from the jurisdiction.
Libby appears in all tiers of Courts.
