Two Wind Farm Appeals are Dismissed
A presiding inspector has dismissed appeals by developers seeking to build wind farms at Three Moors and Bickham Moor in Devon.
The appeals were heard together, and were dismissed on the grounds of significant harm the 100 metre high wind turbines would pose to the landscape and the setting of the Exmoor National Park.
Peter Wadsley represented Mid-Devon District Council who resisted the Bickham Moor appeal.
