Equality Act 2010 - are you ready?
Employment lawyers will soon need to master the provisions of the Equality Act 2010. Matthew White, head of the Employment Law Practice Group at St John’s Chambers, has been lecturing on the provisions of the Act, and his short “road-map� through the main provisions of the Act can be found here. It is intended to enable employment lawyers to go quickly to the relevant sections of the new Act.
