Matrimonial Finance

This team cover all aspects of financial issues regarding separation and divorce, claims under the Children Act 1989, Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act, Civil Partnerships Act 2004 and co-habitee disputes Members of chambers practice work ranging from high value cases to publicly funded work.

Members of this team also undertake injunction and committal work relating to all family finance matters as well as offering a settlement advice service.
