Areas of Practice

Rebecca is a personal injury practitioner. Prior to successfully completing pupillage at Chambers Rebecca spent three years working as a personal injury paralegal with two nationally recognised firms gaining experience of both Claimant and Defendant work.

Rebecca regularly advises and appears in relation to personal injury matters on the small, fast and multi track. This includes trials, case management conferences, interim applications, claims involving children, assessment of damages hearings and costs hearings.

Rebecca acts for both claimants and defendants in a wide variety of cases including road traffic accidents, employers’ liability, occupiers’ liability, highways, Coroner’s Inquests and CRU Appeals. In respect of road traffic litigation, Rebecca has experience in dealing with credit hire disputes.

Rebecca has also developed a strong paperwork practice, regularly preparing advices and pleadings in all aspects of personal injury litigation. She is happy to undertake appropriate cases on a CFA basis and endeavours to return paperwork within 14 days of receipt, but is happy to work to tighter deadlines where possible.

Rebecca also has an interest in clinical negligence and is keen to develop her practice in this area.
