Jonathan is a Pupil in the Personal Injury & Clinical Negligence practice group.
Prior to Pupillage, he studied Jurisprudence at The Queen’s College, before completing his BPTC at Nottingham Law School (NTU), where he achieved an Outstanding grade overall, and was awarded the Advocacy Prize for the highest marks in the advocacy assessments. Jonathan previously worked as an Assistant to a Barrister in Nottingham for a year and a half, working closely with him to help to run his practice by dealing with Direct Access clients day-to-day, helping to draft statements of case and advices, attending court, and other various administrative tasks; a job he feels has well-equipped him for the demands of Pupillage.
Outside of Pupillage, Jonathan is a big sporting fan, and a keen supporter of Brighton and Hove Albion, having grown up on the south coast, as well as Wasps rugby club. He plays the saxophone and guitar, and enjoys travelling.
