Guy Adams has, since spending part of his pupillage in public law chambers, always maintained a niche interest in administrative law and has acted for commercial clients, whose business interests have been adversely affected by administrative decisions.
His cases have included the successful judicial review of the removal of a client from Bristol City Council’s lists of approved contractors, advising a client faced with the termination of his licence to ply his trade giving boat trips from the town quay and the urgent application for judicial review of a notice effectively shutting down a client’s manufacturing plant.
