Rebecca and Andrew have been involved for the last few months as co-counsel in ICC arbitration seated in Vienna, acting for a Yemeni contractor against an international oil company.   Both are available to act for clients closer to home and in particular in connection with payment, delay and defects/performance disputes in the TCC, arbitration or adjudication, and in adjudication enforcement and all related matters, and to act as mediators in construction disputes of all sizes.

Rebecca recently acted inquisitorially as adjudicator in a payment adjudication concerning a number of interim payments. Andrew recently won a Part 8 TCC case where serial adjudication decisions had become binding.  Both are highly recommended in Chambers UK Legal Directory, and both are mediator panel members of mediation specialists M4C.
