He is instructed in relation to professional negligence claims involving solicitors arising primarily from cohabitant disputes including ToLATA, trusts and estates, divorce, financial remedies and general matrimonial work.
Christopher has extensive expertise in cases of negligence in the conduct of litigation in the fields of personal injury and clinical negligence.
