Dianne is a specialist family barrister undertaking all aspects of private law children work. She is also a family arbitrator with CIArb.
Dianne is regularly instructed in cases involving child abduction and relocation as well as claims following a foreign marriage or divorce, international adoption (within the context of both private law and public law proceedings). She has significant experience in child custody and surrogacy, the law relating to assisted conception, gay and lesbian co-parenting, and forced marriage.

Dianne enjoyed a successful career in teaching before achieving a First Class Honours Degree in Law in 1991 and accepting an invitation to join Chambers in October 1993.
