COMMERCIAL, BANKING, INSOLVENCY AND CHANCERY LAW

Nick is an accredited mediator and accepts instructions to mediate in disputes across all areas of commercial and chancery. He has particular experience of contractual, company, contentious probate and trust disputes, but has also acted in real estate litigation and Court of Protection work. He is known for his knowledge of private international law, and regularly acts and advises in all of these fields where a cross-border element is present. He is also very experienced in acting for parties in mediation, and has gained considerable insight into what makes an effective mediator.

Nick adopts a hands on approach to mediation and is unafraid to test the parties’ positions in order to help them find a mutually beneficial resolution to problems.
