Head of Chambers, Susan Hunter has over 30 years’ experience at all court levels. She has experience ranging from the modest asset case where the impact of the outcome may be very significant (for example one spouse claiming all the assets) to the more complex claims where trusts, offshore holdings, companies, inheritance, farms, businesses and pre-acquired wealth are in dispute. In addition: setting aside orders, agreements and asset transfers, third party claims, concealment and dissipation of family assets, disability and enforcement.
She is also a children law expert, both public and private, including complex injury, forced marriage and female genital mutilation, spousal murder and parental alienation in addition to contact and residence disputes. Regularly appears in the High Court, recently leading a junior in a case involving multiple allegations of sexual abuse.
