Tom practises on the Western Circuit exclusively in clinical negligence and inquests. Within these fields he works both on behalf of the injured and the bereaved, and on behalf Hospital Trusts and Health Boards. He has extensive experience representing families and national corporations, the Home Office, the Prison Service, the National Probation Service and the MOD. He sits as an Assistant Coroner for Warwickshire, and is regularly instructed to act as Counsel to the Inquest.
