Julia represents all parties in care proceedings (Local Authorities, Parents/other family members and Guardians).  She has experience of a wide variety of cases involving issues such as neglect, domestic abuse, drug or alcohol addiction and serious injury to or death of a child.  Additionally, she has experience of both Forced Marriage and Court of Protection issues.

Her practice in private law involves more complex matters where there are allegations of serious domestic abuse and/or harm, as well as cases where one party wishes to relocate, either within the jurisdiction or overseas.
