Natasha Dzameh was recently elected as one of three Individual Members’ Representatives for COMBAR, the specialist association of the English and Welsh Bar for commercial barristers.

COMBAR represents over 2,000 individual practitioners and 39 barristers’ chambers with its members undertaking national and international work. This work includes arbitration, litigation and mediation with members often called to appear in foreign courts on high value commercial matters including banking, insurance and reinsurance, shipping and other business disputes.

Natasha is a commercial and chancery barrister and mediator who was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2010. She has experience of offshore disputes, dealing with British Overseas Territories and is always keen to be involved in arbitrations. She is currently on the Attorney General’s Panel of Counsel and on the Legal Services Panel for the British Virgin Islands. Natasha is often instructed as sole counsel in high value, multifaceted litigation against significantly more senior opponents in the High Court and is consistently ranked as a leading junior in Chambers UK and Legal 500.

In the commercial field Natasha has a particular interest in matters concerning banking, civil fraud, company and partnerships, insurance, insolvency and trusts. She has extensive experience of a wide range of contractual disputes and has been involved in disputes concerning various forms of luxury transport i.e. classic cars, supercars, yachts and superyachts.
