Hannah is a pupil within our highly ranked Chancery & Commercial Practice Group, under the supervision of James Pearce-Smith.

Prior to commencing pupillage, Hannah was a Commercial Dispute Resolution Paralegal at DAC Beachcroft LLP, where she supported teams handling a wide range of commercial and business crime disputes. Her work encompassed a broad range of matters including FCA investigations, cybercrime, and complex planning disputes, acting both for and against local authorities. Prior to this, she worked as a Paralegal at Allen Hoole Solicitors, where she represented clients in police custody, managed Crown Court cases, and advocated on behalf of taxi drivers in Licensing Sub-Committee Hearings. Hannah has also held roles in sales operations and hospitality, which helped develop her organisational and interpersonal skills.

Hannah ‘s legal experience includes a range of mini-pupillages at several leading chambers, including St John’s Chambers. She has also contributed to Legal Cheek, writing on the evolution of the Quincecare duty.

Hobbies and Interests

Outside of work, Hannah enjoys public speaking and has delivered talks on legal topics and social issues to diverse audiences. Hannah has also delivered workshops on consent and sexual offences to young people as a volunteer for the Schools Consent Project.

She is passionate about international geopolitics, particularly the dynamics of BRIC nations, and how these influence legal and regulatory frameworks. In her spare time, Hannah enjoys Latina dance classes, which she regularly incorporates into her fitness routine.
