    Zahid was born in Azad Kashmir, Pakistan. He undertook his undergraduate studies in Law at the University of the West of England, Bristol and completed the Bar Vocational Course at the Inns of School of Law (Very Competent).  He commenced pupillage with St John’s Chambers in 2001 and made an early decision to specialise in Family Law. Zahid joined the Family Practice Group in 2002, following successful completion of his pupillage. He is married with three children.
