Summary: Section 69 of the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Act 2013 amends section 47 of the Health and Safety at Work Act 1947 (“the Act”) so that for accidents that occur on or after 1st October 2013 there is no civil liability for breach of health and safety regulations made under the Act.
