This was a complex application, in which Charlie acted for the successful respondent. The case involved an application for a non-party costs order under s 51 of the Senior Courts Act 1981 against the sole director of the claimant company where the claimant had brought a claim under Part 8 for a limitation direction under s 1028 of the Companies Act 2006.
