Zoë Saunders is presenting an interactive workshop on ‘fairness and cohabitation – the Hathway House’ at the Resolution National Conference on Friday 17th May alongside Alexander Learmonth KC, James Saunders and Emily Roskilly.

In this workshop they will cover:

  • explore where we are now in the world of cohabitation and the law which applies to common intention constructive trusts.
  • briefly consider the law of cohabitation across jurisdictions and the current campaign for reform.
