
Chloe is a pupil within our award-winning Family & Divorce Practice Group, working under the supervision of Zoe Saunders.
Chloe accepts instructions across all areas and at all stages of family law, with a particular interest in matrimonial finance and private child proceedings, including cohabitation disputes & ToLATA proceedings, Family Law Act 1996 (domestic abuse) claims, CMS & Schedule 1 claims, and proceedings involving an international element.
Prior to joining Chambers, Chloe worked as a Graduate Advisor at the Bristol Law Clinic, gaining in-depth insight into court proceedings and client care through a caseload of complex family and civil matters, including C100 private child arrangements and complex jury inquests. Chloe has been regularly recognised for her commitment to pro bono work, receiving consecutive awards for her work with the Bristol Law Clinic, and remains active within pro bono through her work with Advocate.
Alongside her role within the Law Clinic and prior to undertaking the Bar, Chloe held a position as Legal Admin in the Bristol Magistrates’ Court, gaining further insight into the workings of court systems and operations and further supplementing her in-depth understanding of the workings of complex court proceedings.
Chloe read Law at the University of Bristol, holding the position of Senior Lady of the Moot for the University Law Club in her final year. Chloe continued to be active in moot competitions throughout both her undergraduate and postgraduate degree qualifications, competing in and winning numerous internal and inter varsity moot competitions, and competing nationally.
Chloe went on to study the Bar Course in Bristol, having been awarded a full Exhibition Scholarship by the Honourable Society of the Inner Temple, and was called to the Bar in 2025, having been awarded the Bristol Law School Prize for Best Performance on the Bar Course (Outstanding, 92%), including achieving the highest individual marks in both Civil & Criminal Litigation, 96% & 94%, Ethics, 97%, and Criminal Advocacy (cross-examination), 93%.
Chloe further holds a Master of Laws in Family Law and Advanced Criminal Litigation, achieving grades of 90% & 88% respectively.
Hobbies & Interests
Prior to undertaking her LLB, Chloe trained as an elite athlete and swam in County, Regional and National Championships across England and Wales. Whilst not currently competing, she still enjoys training and consistently hits Masters Elite qualifying times.
