Kate is building a broad practice in all areas of family law, and accepts instructions in the following areas:

  6. ToLATA 1996

Kate has had particular exposure to both private and public children law cases, involving issues such as substance misuse, allegations of sexual abuse, domestic violence, and non-accidental injury.

Kate has represented parents in contact disputes, including cases with allegations of domestic abuse and drug use. She has advised on contact arrangements in an application to relocate to a Hague Convention country. Kate has experience of representing both parties in non-molestation and occupation order applications. She has also acted in various small claims trials and MOJ Stage 3 hearings.
