Charlie Newington-Bridges examined the latest offering from the Supreme Court on contractual interpretation: Wood v Capita Insurance [2017] UKSC 24. He assessed whether the case resolves the differences in approach that recent Supreme Court judgments on contractual interpretation have created and in particular look at where it leaves contractual intention in the interpretation process at our Contract Law Update Seminar, Bristol.
