Summary: On 22 November 2018 The Transparency Project facilitated a panel discussion at Gresham College to ask the question: ‘Allegations of domestic abuse – are family courts working for children and families?’ The event was attended by almost a hundred people, and audience contributions were enthusiastic and varied, coming both from survivors of abuse and those who support them, and from those who represent those who have been on the wrong end of such allegations.
