Alex Troup KC will be speaking at The Chancery Bar Association 2nd BVI Conference on Thursday 26th February 2026 at the BVI International Arbitration Centre
Alex will be speaking on “Developments in mental capacity in the context of probate and companies (with a bit of undue influence thrown in for good measure)” with Marcus Croskell from New Square Chambers.
As well as delivering his talk, Alex will be participating in British Virgin Islands Bar Association Advocacy Day, on Friday 27th February, hosted with the Chancery Bar Association.
