St John’s Chambers has seen two of its members appointed to the role of Deputy District Judge on the Western Circuit by the Lord Chancellor.

Caroline Elford and Zoë Saunders have been appointed with immediate effect, and will continue to practice whilst fulfilling their part-time judicial responsibilities.

Zoë is head of our of Divorce & Financial Remedy team, and is best known for her work on cohabitation disputes, including TOLATA and Schedule 1 applications. She is also skilled at taking on matrimonial finance litigation, handling cases concerning pension, insolvency and land issues. Read more here.
