St John’s Chambers congratulates Andrew Commins and David Regan on their appointment as Deputy District Judges

We are pleased to announce that the Lord Chief Justice has appointed David Regan and Andrew Commins as Deputy District Judges on the Western Circuit.  These appointments have already taken effect.

David practises in inquest law, clinical negligence and all areas of personal injury. He sits as an Assistant Coroner and on the law review committee of the Coroners’ Society. He writes for the New Law Journal and wider legal press. Read more here.
