Asha is regularly instructed in private law proceedings from the initial stages through to fact finding and final hearings. Asha has experience of more complex cases from her time working for a Local Authority on cases in which Children’s Services became involved prior to coming to the Bar. In her current practice she has acted for parents, other family members and guardians in cases involving allegations of domestic abuse, implacable hostility and substance misuse as well as cases where one party wishes to relocate, either within the jurisdiction or overseas.

Asha is also regularly instructed in proceedings involving injunctive relief under Part IV Family Law Act 1996 and Domestic Violence Protection Orders under the Crime and Security Act 2010.
