Three members of our nineteen-strong team of experienced commercial law specialists will speak on recent developments in contract law, including advances in the law’s recognition of relational contracts following the decision in Bates v Post Office (No.3), changes in the court’s approach to terms which restrict variation or waiver of contractual terms, and further refinement of the law relating to restrictive covenants in commercial contracts.
