Adam’s experience of professional negligence cases focuses in the main on solicitor’s negligence, surveyor’s negligence and other related negligence in the context of property transactions. He deals with such cases frequently and is always happy to advise, draft pleadings and/or represent parties at hearings and trials.

In addition, Adam will consider accepting instructions relating to other forms of negligence on a case-by-case basis.
