Recent cases include:

  • WW v NHS Trust [2026]: Instructed by the claimant, the lay deputy of his son who sustained burns as a result of admitted negligence. The claim includes additional care required for life. The claim is pleaded at over £500,000. The matter is ongoing.
  • AW v Hospitality Company [2024]: Instructed by the claimant who suffered with coeliac disease and suffered injury following her being served food containing gluten. Liability was admitted. The claimant sustained serious endocrinological and gastrointestinal complications. The case settled prior to trial.
  • LS v Fairground [2023]:  Instructed by the claimant who sustained multiple fractures having slipped whilst exiting a fairground ride. Liability was contested. The case settled following CCMC for £130,000.
