Sophie has extensive experience of representing applicants and respondents in respect of Family Law Act 1996 applications, including non-molestation orders, occupation orders and transfer of tenancy applications. Sophie represents clients at all types of hearing, including without notice hearings, return hearings, directions hearings and contested final hearings.
