Mental Capacity Casebook Launch

Who Should Attend?

Hosted at St John’s Chambers in Bristol, author Dr Tracey Ryan-Morgan will provide an introduction and summary about the Mental Capacity Casebook with specialist Court of Protection barrister and contributor to the book, Alex Troup, delivering a talk on ‘assessing testamentary capacity’; Richard Stead, also a contributor to the book, will deliver a talk on ‘capacity’ in the context of capacity to conduct proceedings.

About the Book

• This is the first clinical casebook of real case assessments that have arisen in the context of the Mental Capacity Act (2005).
