Chelsea is regularly instructed to represent applicants and respondents in applications made under Part IV Family Law Act 1996, including Non-Molestation Orders and Occupation Orders. Chelsea has experience of acting in consolidated proceedings under both the Family Law Act 1996 and the Children Act 1996 and has appeared at all stages of the proceedings. Chelsea has secured and defended applications made on an urgent or without notice basis.

    Outside of work, Chelsea enjoys playing women’s rugby and touch rugby. She is also a keen theatre-goer and regularly writes reviews for theatre shows across Bristol. Chelsea is passionate about getting involved in the community. She is a leader for her local Brownies unit and helps to run a large women’s network which focuses on connecting likeminded women through a wealth of activities, talks and clubs.
