Jack has considerable experience in property-related work, including commercial landlord and tenant disputes, the construction of leases, boundary and right of way disputes, TOLATA claims, and residential landlord and tenant possession hearings (arising from the private sector as well as the social housing sector). Jack also has experience of commercial and residential service charge disputes, including related applications to the First-Tier Tribunal (Property Chamber).
