Our experienced employment law barristers regularly advise and represent respondents in a broad range of legal issues. We understand that employers expect a practical and efficient legal service.

We work closely with Directors and HR teams to undertake internal disciplinary inquiries and proceedings and and also appear in UK Employment Tribunals, the Employment Appeal Tribunal and the County and High Courts if necessary.

We act for private companies and public bodies, including advising on issues relating to the dismissal of officers of local authorities.

The team delivers workshops and seminars in Chambers and regional centres. We also provide training on behalf of local Law Societies and in conjunction with solicitors firms.
