Annie enjoys applying her knowledge of areas such as property and wills and trusts to cases arising in an agricultural context, including, for example, trespass and nuisance claims in respect of agricultural land. Annie also has a particular interest in dealing with issues arising in respect of farming partnerships, including in the context of estate administration. In addition, Annie has experience of proceedings in respect of agricultural tenancies both in the First-Tier Tribunal in England and in the Agricultural Land Tribunal for Wales.

Annie is also a qualified mediator and can be instructed to mediate disputes arising in an agricultural context.
