Annie undertakes professional negligence work, especially that connected with her areas of specialism of real estate and wills and trusts and including claims against solicitors, particularly in the contexts of conveyancing and of claims by disappointed beneficiaries.

In addition, having undertaken a secondment focussed entirely on professional negligence at RPC early on in her career, Annie also has extensive experience of acting in professional negligence claims arising in a variety of other contexts, including claims involving construction professionals.

Annie is also a qualified mediator and can be instructed to mediate professional negligence disputes.
