Annie qualified as a mediator in 2015 and welcomes instructions to attend mediations as mediator or as a representative. Annie particularly enjoys the flexibility offered by mediation and the opportunity it provides to secure creative solutions to complex problems which may have otherwise appeared intractable. As mediator, Annie aims to use her expertise, especially in wills and trusts and real estate matters, to facilitate the parties reaching a reasoned resolution via principled negotiations.
