Natasha has a significant property damage practice in which she is instructed on an array of matters on behalf of large insurance companies and their clients. She acts for claimants and defendants, frequently in respect of multi-party disputes concerning the Defective Premises Act 1972 and the Consumer Protection Act 1987. She also accepts instructions to advise on coverage.
